  • Repeated No-shows will lose privileges to Pre-register On-line.

I, the undersigned, certify that I will not hold Texoma Quad Racing Association, other promoters, sponsors, workers, or volunteers associated with the racing event, or the lessor of this track liable for any injury(including death).  I agree that any medical and other injury related expenses and/or property damage are the responsibility of myself, the above mentioned racer, and not Texoma Quad Racing Association nor the lessors of this track.  I release, discharge and waive any claim for loss, injury and/or participation in this arise from or relate to my participation in this racing event.  This release is binding on myself and my family, heirs, successors, assigns and representatives.  I understand that Texoma Quad Racing Association does not have, and has no responsiblity to obtain, any insurance with respect to the race or the associated racing event.  If I desire any insurance to protect my participation in the race, I must obtain such insurance at my own cost.
